JRC launches local operation in Republic of Korea.
Japan Radio Co., Ltd.(JRC) is pleased to announce the establish of new wholly owned subsidiary Alphatron Marine Korea Co., Ltd. (AMK) located in Busan, Republic of Korea. AMK will enable the JRC and Alphatron Marine Beheer B.V. to strengthen our presence and expand our activities in South Korean market.
Purpose of New Corporation
AMK is the total marine system and solution provider using the JRC's hardware capabilities, Alphatron Marine's integration capabilities, other suppliers' capabilities including our strategic partner, Transas software and R&D to resolve customers' various challenges related with maritime products, system, bridge system and so forth.
The establishment means high level technical support of major industry brands to vessels, either currently in operation or focused on new ship building projects. We can provide service, training, installation work, retrofit services, preventive maintenance for all types of IMO and non-IMO vessels including commercial vessels, fishing vessels and workboats. This clearly demonstrates an ongoing commitment to our customers in Republic of Korea.
