A "VICS beacon transmitter/receiver" is released.

VICS is a service to provide traffic information such as traffic jam information and estimated travel times for drivers with on-board units in real time to streamline traffic flow. We released an ultra-compact VICS beacon transceiver (JLT-3600) configured to receive road traffic information from EM beacons and optical beacons on the road and send the information on car IDs via the optical beacons.
