Japan Radio Co., Ltd.(JRC) hereby announces that, as part of the structural reforms of the JRC Group, it has resolved to implement a reorganization of its group companies as outlined below.
The JRC Group is working to strengthen its service structure with the aim of further enhancing customer satisfaction with its after-sales services. Through this reorganization, functions such as repairs, inspections, and on-site construction work, which are currently dispersed across group companies and business divisions, will be consolidated, and the respective technologies, know-how, and service networks will be integrated and utilized in a unified manner. By doing so, the JRC Group aims to improve quality and responsiveness, enhance its overall capabilities, and establish a solid management foundation as a newly integrated service company within the Group.
・An absorption-type merger in which JRC System Service Co., Ltd. will be the surviving company and JRC Marinfonet Co., Ltd. will be the dissolving company.
(Effective Date: January 1, 2027)
Through this reorganization, the JRC Group will realize the optimal allocation of its management resources, strive to further enhance its corporate value, and continue to meet the expectations of its stakeholders.
