The PSIRT Office accepts reports regarding vulnerabilities in our products and systems.
Reported vulnerabilities will be forwarded to the relevant development departments for root cause analysis and remediation.

Information that can identify the reporter will be handled only by JRC PSIRT and by the managers and staff of the departments relevant to the reported content, and will not be disclosed to any third party without the reporter’s consent.We will also take the utmost care to ensure that the reporter does not suffer any disadvantage as a result of making this report.

Regarding the use of the reporting form

  • Through this form, we ask you to provide personal information, such as your name and email address, for the purpose of confirming and responding to reports regarding potential vulnerabilities in our products.
  • The personal information you provide will be managed and protected appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws and regulations.
  • In principle, we will respond to you by email, and such emails include your name, email address, and other information you have provided.
  • Please note that emails sent from our company are not encrypted.
  • For customers residing outside Japan, we may not be able to respond directly depending on the nature of the inquiry, in which case we may refer you to a nearby overseas office or representative.
  • Please also understand that, depending on the details of your inquiry, we may not be able to provide a response due to reasons such as the scope of our investigation or technical limitations.
