Since last SMM, Japan Radio Co., Ltd. navigated another two years through its maritime product development program, and is delighted to present once more the latest additions to its advanced global communication and navigation product range at the leading international maritime trade fair SMM 2006, which will take place at “Hamburg Messe” from September 26 to September 29, 2006.

Starting 2005, JRC has embarked on an ambitious program to introduce new advanced global communication and navigation products. While visiting JRC’s stand at SMM, you will enter a world for the modern, IT driven, marine electronics user, where you will have a glimpse of JRC’s high-powered program!

This will include among others the JMA-5200, the recently launched compact radar incorporating many unique JRC features, such as patented Constaview digital signal processing, displaying continuous target trails regardless of presentation mode, and TEF, a Target Enhancement Function boosting presentation of targets relative to their size.

Furthermore, a second generation SVDR JCY-1850, and the revolutionary Inmarsat JUE-33, Fleet 33 satellite communication terminal will be readily available. In addition, the JFE-380, a high visibility echo sounder, along with an eye-catching VHF communication radio, JHS-770S will be unveiled.

On top of it all, at our stand, you can explore a fully operating, state-of-the-art Integrated Navigation System (INS) simulator, where real-world situations can be experienced on large plasma displays.
