JRC entered into the car electronics market in 1990, and has constructed a number of systems by focusing on the customer's needs while improving QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery). To develop factories that increase customer satisfaction, JRC has (1) removed obstacles to production so that the stringent just-in-time demands of customers can be satisfied, (2) promoted factory improvement activities by cooperation among factory workers, and (3) strived to share necessary information and to quickly discover and prevent impediments.

This document introduces some of the unique visualization systems that JRC has developed in its factories.
