  • Radar equipment designed according to the SOLAS treaty

Features of environmental conscious design:

  • Power saving design: Power consumption of the display has been reduced to about 43 percent of an earlier model (the JMA-3900) using an LCD.

  • Compact/light-weight design: Volume and weight ratios of indicating equipments have been reduced to about 23 and 17 percent respectively of an earlier model (the JMA-3900) for lower consumption of resources.

Inmarsat C/ Mini-C JUE-85/JUE-95SA/JUE-95VM

  • 600bps data communication dedicated terminal using INMARSAT satellite.
  • Basically used for telex communication, also supports e-mail, facsimile (sending only) and data reporting by using coastal radio station applications
  • The following models are available for different applications.
    • JUE-85 GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System)
    • JUE-95SA SSAS (Ship Security Alert System)
    • JUE-95VM VMS (Vessel Monitoring System)

Features of environmental conscious design:

  • Power saving design:
    1) Power consumption in standby mode was reduced by 30 percent compared to an earlier model (the JUE-75C) for lower power usage.
    2) The power consumption at the transmitting time was reduced by 10 percent compared to an earlier model (the JUE-75C) and these features contribute to power saving.

  • Compact/light-weight design:
    • The EME (outdoor equipment) and IME (indoor equipment) were reduced by 50 percent compared to an earlier model (the JUE-75C), thus saving resources.
